Observation:

You know what I miss the most about Paris, my Paris Pratique. It was this brilliant little book with subway maps, bus maps, and maps of every Arrondissement and little symbols showing Metro stops, major monuments, major museums, post offices, churches, and other stuff. Basically it was the most helpful little book ever. I could always find my way using that thing. Now that I'm wandering France in strange cities, I realize how great that book was and how much I miss being able to find anything without any trouble.
